We hold the standard-size filters facilities actually run in local stock: G4 panels, F9 pocket and V-bank, H14 HEPA, dust-collection cartridges. Our Airtech range is manufactured to EN779 and EN1822 standards in an ISO 9001 facility; every H14 HEPA unit ships with an individual serial-numbered test certificate. Direct import means two things: lower cost and better product control. We source the Airtech range without a South African middleman. That means a more competitive price and the ability to specify filter configurations that suit local applications. If you need a non-standard size or a specific frame material, we can often accommodate it through our direct manufacturing relationship locally and abroad.
Our Standards Commitment
The Airtech range is performance rated to EN779:2012 for general ventilation grades (G3, G4, F5–F9) and EN1822:2019 for HEPA grades (H13, H14). These are the same standards your engineers specify and your compliance auditors accept. For H14 HEPA, every unit ships with an individual test certificate bearing its serial number, not a batch certificate. That is the standard GMP pharmaceutical cleanroom commissioning requires.
Supply and Verification Under One Roof
Prebur also offers air testing services: cleanroom particle count testing, HEPA filter integrity testing (DOP/PAO), and indoor air quality assessment, delivered with Grant Lundie, our named technical partner with over 25 years in cleanroom validation. Testing finds failing filters; the replacement is on the shelf in Silverton. One call covers both.
